Join Scouting Night is one of the most important events that we do as Scouters and so we want to make sure that everyone is prepared this year. It is our biggest opportunity to bring new scouts and their families into our program. Scouting is all about building values, character, and strong families. We need to get the word out!

Wendi Hanna is asking for volunteers from all around the district to help out with this year's recruitment drive.

Coinciding with the upcoming 100th anniversary of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA), this July marks the return of all-new episodes of the hit show, Scouting for Adventure; an original series based on the BSA and their flagship magazine, Boys' Life.

Saturdays at 6:30 pm.  On the Outdoor Channel.
On AT&T Uverse, this is channel 1680.

There is an important new policy from the National BSA office that took effect on Tuesday, June 1^st.

• All adult leaders must be Youth Protection trained.
• Any adult volunteers paperwork turned into the office starting on Tuesday, June 1^st will need to follow this new policy.

This means that any new leaders you get will have to take Youth Protection Training before their application will be processed.
